DELIVERY

The Rugby Shop try to offer you a range of delivery services that suit your requirements yet still offer value for money.

At the beginning of the Checkout process, when you are looking at your Basket, you will have the option to select your delivery country and then choose from a range of delivery services that are available to your location. The pricing for each location is summarised below.

UK orders will be delivered using our standard 3-5 days delivery service. 

Overseas destinations will be processed in the UK by either Royal Mail or Parcel Force, then delivered locally by their chosen agents.

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the package. Please check the condition of the package before signing for it; if it is damaged, please do not accept it.

If you do choose to accept a damaged parcel, please sign for it as ‘damaged’. If you don’t, The Rugby Shop cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged items.
